We are professional business consultants with a hands-on approach in operational assistance. Our corporate restructuring, financial advisory, operational process and asset management experiences are client tested. Our staffs of corporate bankruptcy and receivership specialists are also available when the conditions call for court protection. Overall, our top priority is value enhancement and business revitalization for all stakeholders.

Chikol’s extensive network of dedicated professionals include thirteen full time staff members and a handful of seasoned specialist contractors, most of whom have been working together for over twenty years. We specialize in working with organizations that want to develop strong department and group leaders while navigating issues created by economic conditions or internal decisions. Understanding if your firm has an effective operational process, driven by trained and directed leaders and staff – promoting a desirable offering is the difference between winning and losing.

Jennifer ‘s twenty five years of experience in the healthcare, retail sales and international supply chain management provides her with the insight to quickly analyze the clients issues. Additionally her expansive work experience with bank forbearance, public company ownership, economic downturns and healthcare regulatory complexities will be an asset to any client that she works with.  She also offers to the client intimate knowledge of risk management and entrepreneurial leadership necessary when developing infrastructure for growth from her experience as co-founder of high growth start-up.

Ms. Andrew’s received a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University.  Currently, she is a Certified Public Accountant.  She has also been an active member of the Healthcare Finance Management Association (HFMA).


Cliff serves as an Associate who reviews the client’s daily operations as they relate to product planning systems, supply chain situations and resource allocation on the factory floor. He brings with him experience as a supply chain/planning leader of operating companies. Because of his experience with various supply chain software programs, he can assist clients with information about ease of use and defined benefits when looking at improved technology. Cliff’s educational background includes graduating magna cum laude from Cleveland State in business with an emphasis in material management and distribution.  He also brings with him a work background in construction focused primarily in the concrete/masonry area where he managed commercial quoting and planning.  Cliff brings additional construction background to Chikol’s practice along with the supply chain expertise including MRP planning and machine shop scheduling in conjunction with integrated manufacturing systems.

Steve joins Chikol as a Finance Associate with a primary role as an Operational Oriented Financial Analyst. He brings multiple years of experience in analyzing and planning capital improvements, standardizing financial operations, and interacting in buy/sell activities. His background includes experience and training in the following areas:

  • Blackbelt Six Sigma
  • Financial and Strategic planning
  • Due Diligence review
  • Assessing Cost Structure
  • Steve interned with an accounting firm while in college and upon graduation, he accepted a position with a large Fortune 500 firm in Cleveland and became involved in their international acquisition activities. He then moved into consulting with a firm focused on audit and buying and selling of firms before finding his home at Chikol.  Steve holds a Blackbelt Six Sigma, focusing on reducing variances through highly streamlined business processes. Steve’s primary focus with Chikol will be production improvement and streamlining business processes to enhance client company’s enterprise value. Steve’s accreditations include being a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a Blackbelt Six Sigma.     Sandra serves as Senior Associate whose focus encompasses the financial side of the client’s business.  From her review, she provides insight into the financial viability of a company through financial and cash flow analysis and staff and process evaluations.  Throughout her career she has worked in industry and public accounting.  She has experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate management, restaurants and not-for-profit organizations.
    Sandra’s educational background is in Accounting – The University of Akron – and is a CPA.  She is versed in financial management and accounting policies and procedures including various accounting software programs.

    Trixie is a Chikol Associate who focuses on the work flow within Customer Service from initial contact with the customer to the shipment of the product.  This work entails reviewing the company’s interdepartmental work and paper flow for efficiency.  She served as Customer Service Manager for 20 years with a manufacturing company and provides experience in expediting orders, creating quotes, arranging and tracking shipments and order entry, as well as, office space planning with the use of AutoCad.   She also assists in credit and collections of AR at client companies.

    Trixie’s educational training is in Design – Michigan State University.


    Dave is a Managing Partner at Chikol, who has worked in this industry for 22 years.  His professional focus includes identifying, developing, and implementing creative solutions for clients in financial distress.  He brings a multi-faceted perspective to his clients because of his extensive experience as a former President/Owner of a number of companies providing manufacturing and distribution services to the public.  He also offers to the Chikol clients his extensive experience in the dealer/distributor, manufacturing/resale organizations.  

    Dave has managed national distribution and dealer sales organizations.  His sales experience extends to the Governments sales channels, where he specializes in negotiating GSA contracts to extend sale avenues.  His client analysis focus includes product/market review, transaction process evaluation and channel/driver determination

    Dave’s educational training is in Marketing, Sales Process and Training – Ohio State University.  His early work experience also encompassed sales training and management of field sales and independent representative.   He has been a guest lecturer for Notre Dame University MBA Program- Turnaround Management.
    Dennis, who brings to clients his experience as President, CEO or owner of distribution and international manufacturing companies, is also a Managing Partner of Chikol.  His 26 years in the industry provides the clients with an in depth analysis focused on working capital review, administrative effectiveness, business plan rework, debt restructuring support, interpersonal relationships within management groups and ownership issues, Dennis works with the client to chart a course to financial success.
    He specializes in organizations that distribute through resellers or manufacture from multiple factories. His specialty comes in support for:
    • Roll up issues in manufacturing situations.
    • Moderating the shortage of working capital in environments with lender/owner company fatigue.
    • Long term management in turnaround situations.

    Dennis’ educational training is in Industrial Psychology and Social Work – Ohio State University.  His early work experience was in commission sales management.  He was a guest lecturer for Notre Dame University – MBA Program – Acquisition diligence of troubled companies.
    Also serves as advisor to a number of company boards and to mezzanine and PE funds on investment and acquisition analysis.

    Rocco serves as a Senior Associate who reviews the client’s daily operations, long term planning, product line, engineering and introduction of new products. He brings with him his extensive experience as president/owner of other companies. Because of his experience with implementation of new manufacturing software, he can assist clients with information about the pits falls to avoid for clients looking to improve manufacturing through improved technology.

    Rocco’s educational background is as Journeyman Tool and Die and from IVY Tech. Although he started out in production, he grew to manager and president/owner of several companies.


    Don is an experienced business development professional with a focus in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Business Development. He specializes in understanding clients’ Organizational Goals, Objectives, Strategy, and recommending solutions to Senior Leadership to achieve successful outcomes.

    Don’s career background includes consulting, sales and marketing leadership in the healthcare industries. His entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding retail men’s and women’s apparel boutiques.

    Pat is a Senior Associate who offers to the Chikol clients her twenty- five years of middle and senior level management experience.   With her strong leadership and administration background, she provides guidance to the client in all aspects of Accounting such as:  account management, client billing, provider network development, financial controls.   She also brings her vast knowledge of various software programs, such as Claris Works,  Multiledger, QuickBooks, Quicken, and Peachtree to name a few.

    Pat’s is trained in Accounting and Business management- Oakland University and Macomb Community College.  Early work was as Vice President of finance for Dental PPO network for 14 states.


    Jack’s client analysis focuses on the implementation and training of field sales force dealing with dealers, independent representatives groups and major end user clients.  Through this analysis, an insight is gained to establish the strength and productivity of the sales force.  The installation and coaching of direct sales programs and staff at the client’s location can become part of solution to fiscal success.

    Jack’s  technical and educational training in electronics came from the military at Kessler AFB and at Sinclair College.
